SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM (SMT)

In today’s age and time, social media is an exceedingly deep-seated means for any association. Hence, HOPES has been endeavoring its finest in order to exercise this platform to enlighten people about its services. It has lively and active accounts on all 4 major social media handles. Our coordinators are responsible for not only managing but also updating them regularly with all foremost activities of HOPES.

Notifications and updates regarding our proceedings and other schedule events are recurrently posted on our handles so that our cohorts can remain well informed with what HOPES is up to.

MARKETING DEPARTMENT

The marketing department has an overall mission for budding revenue, mounting market share and contributing to organization’s augmentation and abundance in every true sense. The marketing department of HOPES includes its marketing directors and managers as well as advertising managerial in charge for performing its core actions such as advertising and events. AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

Since HOPES is mainly a student run organisation, the participation of our student body is of vital importance, and to specifically target this we have teams that target the students in KMDC and ASH respectively, because all our man power comes from them. These teams not only arrange volunteers, but bridge the gap between our organisation and the students. They pass on messages, involve them in activities and actively keep them informed about whatever HOPES is up to. The students are also our main source of donations, and then come the doctors at Abbasi Shaheed hospital, and this also falls under the responsibility of the KMDC and ASH teams.

KMDC & ASH TEAMS

TALK PROGRAM (HTP)

One of the prime concerns of this program is to VERBALIZE to community-persons about their health apprehensions and fitness disputes. The HTP involves three zones:

  • First is the Welfare unit, which encompasses visiting various charity schools,organizations and certain street schools in order to impart basic hygienic support to the oblivious and ill-informed people.
  • The second slice incorporates the preferment and promotion of HOPES in different private schools. Both of these include free medical/dental checkups and presentations on elementary health issues such as oral hygiene. Moreover, this makes our reach far and wide to the ambitious young people.
  • The latest HTP zone takes in account of talking with the KMDC students about diverse themes and episodes of life along with the advancement of the potentials of professional careers. Hence, certain sessions and seminars at KMDC for First-Aid Training and Career guidance for undergraduate medical and dental students are arranged. This precinct of HTP permits the students to steer countless possibilities not only in their everyday but also in vocational lives.

TALK PROGRAM (HTP)

So far we’ve been successful in reaching out to over 1500 students in 15 schools with great progress.
The program entails:

  • Visiting school and providing consciousness regarding overall hygiene and vigorous diet.
  • Medical and dental checkups.
  • Fun health orientated activities.
  • Interactive sessions on tackling social issues like bullying and peer pressure and depression, etc.
